About us
Morning Team is an educational and professional initiative dedicated to connecting students, researchers, scholars, and young professionals with opportunities for academic, professional, and personal growth.
Morning Team is committed to supporting Afghan students, especially girls, by connecting them with educational opportunities, scholarships, educational and support programs, mentorship, and financial assistance.
We organize educational and support webinars and programs featuring successful students, university professors, graduates, and individuals with experience and achievements in education, scholarships, and academic opportunities. We also guide students in finding and applying for scholarships and other educational opportunities.
Morning Team strives to identify and build connections with donors, supporting organizations, philanthropists, and other partners to mobilize the financial resources needed to support students' education, particularly those facing financial difficulties and urgent educational needs. Through fundraising campaigns and other support initiatives, we seek to help talented students continue their education.
In the future, Morning Team aims to expand its work beyond online support by implementing educational projects in underserved and remote areas of Afghanistan. Through these initiatives, we hope to support communities with limited access to education and create sustainable learning and development opportunities for young people.
Our vision is a future where no Afghan student feels limited, forgotten, or alone because of barriers to education. We envision a society where every student, especially girls and young people in underserved communities, has the opportunity to learn, grow, discover their potential, and pursue their dreams regardless of their circumstances.

Our goal is to empower individuals and communities with knowledge, skills, mentorship, and opportunities.
We regularly organize webinars, workshops, and educational sessions featuring successful scholars, researchers, professionals, and experienced mentors. Sessions cover scholarships, research, academic development, and career opportunities.
We actively share and promote fully funded scholarships, fellowships, internships, research programs, online courses, and other educational and professional opportunities.
We connect members with experienced scholars, researchers, professionals, and successful scholarship recipients, who support them with applications, research, interviews, academic planning, and career development.
We provide access to online courses and materials in English language, research methodology, academic writing, professional skills, and personal development — including for underserved and rural communities where access to quality courses and internet resources is limited.
We design and implement educational projects that address the learning and development needs of our communities, building on previous initiatives to develop sustainable programs that widen access to education and skills development.

Applications for the UWC 2027 entry are now open for eligible Afghan School students. UWC offers a two-year residential education at one of its schools and colleges around the world, with financial support available through the national committee route.
